STEP ONE

1. Groundwater
Production Process

  • Sourced from aquifers located over 100 meters underground.

  • Only water sources approved by the Malaysian Health authority in used.

  • Trained quality assurance personnel take samples of incoming raw water to ensure our water is free from contamination.

STEP TWO

2. Aeration Process

Raw water undergoes aeration process to remove undesired minerals and volatile organic compounds.

STEP THREE

3. Preliminary Filtration
Process

Raw water undergoes preliminary filtration process for removing sludge, fine sand and unpleasant smell and taste.

STEP FOUR

4. Intermediate Filtration Process

Filtration with micron rated cartridge filter to remove particles and impurities.

STEP FIVE

5. Storage Tank
& Monitoring

Filtered water is temporary storage and under monitor on the water quality to assure the quality requirement are met before being released for further treatment.

STEP SIX

6. Membrane Filtration Process

Water passed through membrane filtration process to remove fine particles and microorganisms up to 0.2 micron in size.

STEP SEVEN

7. UV Sterilisation Process

Water goes through UV sterilisation process to eliminate the bacteria in water, and ensure it is safe for human consumption.

STEP EIGHT

8. Bottling Process

The bottling process takes place in a controlled environment which always ensure cleanliness in order to maintain product quality.

STEP NINE

9. Packing
Process

Bottled water is packed using state-of-art packing equipment.
